Professional service from a patient, kind-hearted optician – how do I give 6 stars?

Today, I went looking for a pair of glasses. I had been to multiple opticians, and one of them, when I wanted some prescription sunglasses, tried to charge me almost as much as the frame for the glass itself!

So, I kept looking and stumbled upon this optician in the Pavilions. I’d seen the shopfront many times, but never actually looked at the glasses inside.

When I went in, I didn’t have to wait long to have found a good-looking pair of glasses, and proceeded to purchase. I sat down with the optician, who explained all the different coatings I could get, and the prices they cost. Everything about the coatings was clear. Here, the optician always gives the best, possible offer for the client.

Although 5-star service had already been achieved by the optician, from that point, it got better. After I had purchased my glasses, the optician surprised us with the news that, if we had 15-20 minutes, he said that he could put the lenses in for us right then and there. Once again, never in my life has an optician offered to do this on the spot, where I would usually wait up to 2 weeks.

I also expressed an interest in the clip-on sunglasses, because I wanted to still use the prescription, with the usefulness of a pair of sunglasses. I had seen these on Amazon, but since I was already there, I wanted to try them out to see if I liked them. Sure enough, they were great, so I purchased a pair, and once again, a good price, with great quality.

All in all, great service, and the people who work here care about their job, and want to do the best for their community. I am definitely returning, and will take my future eye tests here.

Recently I changed my lens for the night version. I had the blue coat and orange coat placed in and I’m in love with the driving at night. Before it was really bothering me driving at night now I feel so comfortable with the new Lens.

A while ago, I had an accident which made my eyeglasses deformed and unwearable. Munir kindly offered to fix it! Also, Aman was so thoughtful to do a check up to see if there was any problem with my eyes after the accident.
